| Abstract: | The share-holding cooperative system is a new system of enterprise property rights. It draws strong points from both the share-holding system and the cooperative system and overcomes their defects. The capitalists of enterprises of the share-holding cooperative system are plural, which is the same as share-holding companies. They , as legal persons, hold property right and are commodity producers and managers holding limited responsibilities for their own profits and losses. As a modern enterprise system, it also reflects the tide of the times development. |
