| Abstract: | The direct listing of mainland enterprises in Hong Kong is favorable to promoting change of the management mechanism of enterprises, and to the establishment of a modern enterprise system that is in keeping with international practice. The present main problems to be overcome are as follows. 1) The problem of enterprise reorganization and the establishment of the modern company system. 2) The problem of linking up the enterprise accounting system with international practice. 3) The problem of formulation of laws and regulations on securities. |
