| Abstract: | By the end of 1993, the approved: three kinds of ventures "enterprises totalled 20345 and the agreement amount of money reached $19.77 billion, ranking the province third in the country. The characteristics of their investment environment are (1) The infrastructure is advantageous; (2) Open policy is clear-cut and reasonable; (3) The fields for investment are wide; (4) The labour quality as a whole is better. The article gives such suggestions on improving investment climate as raising the working efficiency of foreign economic managerial institutions, establishing and perfecting the system of foreign economic laws, respecting the international practice and reforming the foreign exchange managerial system. |
