Abstract:As the most important part in boosting country's economy is to lead farmers into market, government should enforce the supports of every line and department toward agriculture in the protection of smooth running of agricultural production; adjust accordingly the purchasing price of main agricultural products, keeping the comparative returns on the average level of whole society at the least; and then set up the risk funds and reserve system for main agricultural products, such as grain, etc.
