| Abstract: | To have the state-owned enterprises make up deficits and increase surplus in the while society, there must be transformation in strategy, that is, the traditional extensive and speed-oriented development strategy must be changed into intensive and efficiency-oriented one. And at the same time, the economic structure must be readjusted in a big way. It should focus on the readjustment of industrial structure, the organizational structure of enterprises, product structure and technological structure as well. |
