| Abstract: | From the present situation of China's industry development, high and new technology industry such as computer, video tape recorder and car and other machinery and electrical products will be well protected by making good use of GATT's related clauses and principles. The tariff, a macro-adjustment means, should be made good use of. The export policies should be made coordination to the trade and industry policies. |
