| Abstract: | The connotation of transformation of the management system of enterprise is different from that of the construction of enterprise system. They can not be replaced with each other. The former is the basis channel and important content of the later, but the later can also improve the former. they complement each other and improve each other. Share-holding is not the only choice of the modern enterprise system. It is necessary to make the state-owned enterprises real corporations. But titling government administrations companies without changing their functions should be absolutely forbidden. |
