| Abstract: | Choosing and using the right information technology isn't easy, as one Central European company's experience has shown. A fast-changing market makes it all the more difficult. Since its formation in 1918, aircraft component maker Letov Praha has seen life get pretty complex. Spending most of the time making parts or assembling planes for countries holding it at gun point had if nothing else the advantage of allowing a clear focus on those few assignments. |
