| Abstract: | There exist some unfavorable factors when macro environment is coordinated with internal conditions. The ratio of asset and liability must be paid close attention to. Interests of all concerned should be taken into consideration. Decisions should be made through democratic procedures. Management of asset and liability is a kind of scientific management method. Assets of all kinds should be equal to liability. Great effort should be made to take good use of the capital and to get highest profit. |
