| Abstract: | The administration for assets and liabilities has serious shortcomings in every banks. The formulation of policy not only suits to international practice and use the experience of other foreign business banks for reference, but also in the light of specific conditions, lays down the essential principle and criterion for proportion of assets and liabilities in state business banks. |
