| Abstract: | We should grasp opportunity to establish countryside co-bank. Credit cooperative should become the basic organization, and do well every constructive work. That is to set up poly-legal person credit cooperative system and has China's character. We will prepare to construct co-bank association; improve credit cooperative member's stock system; realize democracy management and diversification; lay down the principle of rate policy; rely on law to manage and set up and perfect audit system, etc. |
