| Abstract: | The main characters on the new stage of opening in 1990's: 1. strengthen a more close and stable relationship with every country in the world in economic trade through the chance of resuming membership in GATT. 2. China put multiple market into practice and adopt the strategy, thus in turn gives China a good opportunity to become one of the largest ten trading countries in the world. 3. China will take an active part in international distribution and farther enlarge the scale of foreign investment. 4. The policy of regional opening will be gradually taken place by that of the whole country. |
