| Abstract: | Investments of state, banks, collectives and farmer's account for 1.92%, 20.87%, 2.05% and 75.76% of the total respectively. Due to disproportion, the further development of agriculture lacks momentum and thus hinders the development of economy. In the future, law of agriculture investment and development should be worked out. Supply system of agriculture investment should be set up. Key projects should be supported. Service, large-scale operation, intensive operation and application of science and technology should be advocated. |
