Abstract:TV shopping, still a small segment of the total retailing industry, is expected to grow by leaps and bounds between now and the turn of the century. Experts believe that the TV shopping wave will profoundly affect the retailing and consumer goods manufacturing industries. Consequently, now is the time for companies to determine just how they are going to participate in or compete with this new development in retailing technology.
