| Abstract: | Science opening economy to the world in China, the elastic coefficient of electric power industry is still smaller than one, and the situation of the electric lack is serious though the electric power industry has developed greatly. We should develop the energy industry centered on the electric power industry, reform the electric power industry speedily, increase the investment ability. We also need reform the electric price, set up the complete rule system of electric power, husband the energy and electric power greatly. |
