| Abstract: | Being lack of united planning, China's township enterprises are irrational in the structures of industry, product and capital, and their equipments and technology are backward. In the future their investment should be put to high technology containing and high value adding industries, such as electronics, textile and light industry, medical industry, deep processing of agricultural produce, energy resources and raw materials and water resource exploitation. These enterprise should invest in the agriculture which will effectively earn foreign currency. They should advance their technical progress, accelerate their technology innovation, and rationally compose and dispose production factors and natural resources in high efficiency agriculture. |
