| Abstract: | Plan economic system could not create favorable conditions of thinking and market and block up the existent and development of tertiary industry. At present, perfecting socialist market economic system needs urgently the growing and flourish of the tertiary. In the light of our tertiary present condition and foreign experience, the tertiary can be divided into three parts. Adopting corresponding measures, we should introduce and make use of market mechanism. |
