| Abstract: | Managing diversity is becoming a strategic business issue for many organisations in the UK. But how many are really using the full range of skills of all their staff? "They are all men and they talk about change in terms of doing things to people. Not one of them seems to be bothered about the individual in what's going to happen. This was a comment made by a female director of a public sector organisation at the end of the first day of a workshop involving senior managers and some of her fellow directors. |
