| Abstract: | In 1993, the central electric power enterprises' total electric sales volume amounted to 560.5 billion kwh, accounting for 70% of the national total sales volume, with average electric price 21.5 fen per kwh. This paper makes forecast as to the three alternative schemes-- the price of electricity will be raised by 1 fen, 3 fen and 5 fen. Among them, if the price of electricity is raised by 3 fen, the high limited value affecting the rising of the national retail prices will be 1.01%, the mid value 0.82% and the low limited value 0.57%. |
