| Abstract: | This report considers the international market for factory-made cigarettes with particular reference to five key economies of France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. The data period under review is 1989-1993 for current trends and 1993-1998 for forecasts. The cigarette market can be broken down by product sector. Principal sectors considered in each market are sales of filter and non-filter cigarettes. Markets are broken down by tar content and by cigarette length. |
