| Abstract: | The growth rate of China's agriculture has been kept. Steady for many years, but the growth rate of farms income has been declined for some years. Such an abnormal growth of agriculture shows that important features of stage has appeared. To make agriculture develop more rapid, we have to adjust macroeconomic policy environment and work out programs of projects for basic agriculture facilities. |
