| Abstract: | It's necessary to reduce a number of potential State enterprises, concentrate efforts to shift to hi-tech, leading and basic industries. Priority is to be given to large State-owned enterprises that yield good benefits and possess big potentials. State-owned enterprises should be freed from the direct interference of departments of the same sector. The management function of assets is to be separated from that of society so as to weaken the social function of enterprises. |
