| Abstract: | China should establish the principal position of the cooperative financial system in its agricultural finance and allow the masses of peasants to join or withdraw from cooperative financial societies of their won will. The work should be beneficial to contacts with the outside world and efforts should be made to win over the assistance from outside. The present cooperative funds arranged at the level of town and villages should be transferred to the level of natural villages. |
