| Abstract: | The first important thing in deepening the financial system reform is to transfer the function of the People's Bank, and make it the real central bank. We need have a unified consideration to the People's Bank transferred the function. We should create the condition to perfect the means of control and readjustment, and enhance the legislation to strengthen the restrained mechanism of financial law. We also need to strengthen the study of the financial function of supervision. |
