| Abstract: | The new taxation system has changed the past tax policy taking ownership as its fundamental basis and deal with different things in different ways, and established the progressive growth mechanism of the central financial income. So the new taxation system is conducive to the free flow and recombination of production factors, breaking the regional protection and blockage and promoting the formation of unified socialist market. |
