| Abstract: | Expansion of the share of China's banks on the international financial market makes it necessary to establish a transnational management system of banks in line with our national conditions, to open transnational banks with state's commercial banks as the core, to optimize the structure of banks of transnational management, to be active in using overseas funds, to develop whole foreign-funded or joint banks, to make active efforts to promote the internalization of financial markets, and to facilitate the transnational management of banks. |
