| Abstract: | The development areas have become the experimental bases for the reform of economic system in China. The initial expenses in operation are as follows: (1) China's development areas have laid down the historical burden resulting from the paralleled planned and market economic systems and practiced unified market economic system; (2) The enterprises in these areas have all become the principals of market economy with independence, breaking the traditional economic management system; (3) The large and medium-sized state enterprises can start to establish modern enterprise system by the radiation of foreign-invested enterprises. |
