| Abstract: | The unbalance of the supply and the demand distribution of the labor force is surely to make the international labor service market more prosperous. The infrastructure projects of as high as thousands of billion USD in Asian Pacific Countries will also take in great amount of labor force. The lack of laborers in the neighboring countries and areas also serves as a stimulus for their needs for pure laborers. The resuscitation of the western countries' economy is beneficial to the high and middle class labor service personnel export. The countries and areas short of labor service have gradually opened their labor market. |
