Abstract:In June, 1995, China Hua Yuan Corporation cooperated with a American company, named Du Pond and invested US dollar 90 million, in which Du Pond had input 90% to found the Du pond Fibre (China Branch) at the Science & Technology Industrial City in Shanghai. This project is supposed to produce 2000 tons of ammonia fibres annually. In addition, the non-weaving-cloth project invested with US dollar 10 million by the Italian Tenglong Company is going to be put into production; and project of non-weaving-cloth invested US dollar 27.50 million by the German Herster Company as well as the nylon carpet silk project invested with US dollar 0.18 billion by the German Basph Company are also on the move.
