Abstract:As China's national across century strategy, the strategy of "big market" has the following alternatives: (1) establishing new industries of imports substitutes by means of control of market access and policy alternatives, (2) promoting creating foreign exchange through exports, accelerating transformation from strategic superiorities of markets to those of sci-tech by exchanging know-how plus capital through market, (3) breaking down trade barriers and export blockade by way of diversified market cooperation.
