| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the conception of power capital, the author explores the two forms in which power brings money, i.e. converting power into commodity and capital. The author also expounds the development process and its three stages: the first phase is making self-profit by power, the second is transferring power into commodity, and the third phase is power corrupt. Finally, 5 main forms of power capital are summed up: operational, informational, credit, collective and position power capital. The cardinal approach is to reform and perfect power's using mechanism under market economy. |
