Abstract:Formulation and implementation of business strategies of internationalization are the only access of China's enterprises to world markets. Enterprises are to capture world markets by producing marketable products and selecting the best form of entrance. As measures of internationalizing management, international conventions are to be introduced to perfect enterprises' system of codes of foreign economics and trade, scientific strategies of name brands worked out and the technical content of export commodities increased, and policies of green industry made to promote coordinated development of environment and economy.
