| Abstract: | The first part of the article is tackling some of the theoretical highlights of evaluation studies.The purpose is to show some of the advantages and at the same time some vulnerabilities of this approach to the future evaluators.In the second part a concrete example of what has to be included in an evaluation is being discussed. |
