Abstract:In Slovenia, the concept of development planning at the national and sectoral Ievels was set in 1992.The first results , basically in the sectoral planning called for partial corrections in order to achieve a congruent national and sectoral planning. The corrections have been published in two articles in this magazine (1994/XXVIII/ 1-2).Despite the efforts for a congruent national and sectoral planning, the sectoral planning undertook its own way, passing not only the national programmes, but also special development laws which include also the so-called Rehabilitation Laws, Laws on Country Indebtedness and Laws on Government Guarantees. The consequence of such planning is high demand for public financing.
