Abstract:The author proposes project activities which Slovenia should follow in the next five years on the level of institutional development of Slovene public Administration.These activities should seek two goals: the frst method should connect the institutional public administration with that of the European Union; and the second goal is to increase the effectiveness of public administration.This article presents five basic levels of reform such as the level of state administration, local self-administration, public services, protection of the individual rights involving the administration, and the position of employees in the administration.In the contents of these five levels the author presents the projects which should be implemented.The writer emphasises the importance of these projects and their connection with the whole prospective of Slovenia.
