Abstract:"Postmodern" (or more correctly postmodernism) is a metaphor for innovative, personal, and unique solutions to seemingly intractable problems for changing a society. It is a perspective that advocates the development of a community along the values of tolerance for cultural diversity and personal solutions to national and international problems without reference to political or economic dogma. The author shares his impressions from his work in CEE. His comments and recommendations are focused on how best to develop new programs that present present market-oriented business and economic educational programs.
