Abstract:The Central and Eastern European countries had extremely qualified technicians and hardly any service oriented individuals. Service, of course , is a concept which does not come naturally to these workers. It is taking a new generation to learn the concept that without satisfied clients or customers a business does not continue operation, and without caring about the success of a company, the business does not continue to survive.
