| Abstract: | To develop rural labor market is the only way to change China's industrial structure and its urban and rural structures, and to realize agricultural modernization. We must consider the urbanization of rural population in light of China's practical conditions. After the production related household contract responsibility system was practiced in China, the ownership of land base been separated from land-operating rights. On the basis of that, the mechanism of land-circulating has been formedinitially. With the reform of financial system, the policy-oriented financial institutions are being separated from commercial ones , which will promote the rural economic development. |
