Abstract:This paper raises the train of thought on evaluating and determining the serious degree of inflation by standardized inflation rate. Hypothesis: A indicates GDP index, B, the average actual wage index, C, the index of actual deposit outstanding at end of-period, D, the index of the total account of enterprises' actual stock at end of period, E, the index of the exchange rate fluctuations of local currency to major foreign currencies; a, b,c,d indicate the moderate development speeds for the corresponding indicators respectively; ki(i=1,2,3,4,5) is the weighted geometric averages of the above factors. The formula for the standardized inflation rate (R): R=(inflation rate+1)/(A/a) k1(B/b)k2(C/c)k3(D/d)k4(Ek5).
