| Abstract: | Establishing a security system supporting foreign trade's finance has three-level meaning. For the first one, it should include the policy financing system with the import and export bank as the leading, which comprises the import and export bank, its agency and other financial institutions. For the second one, it should include the general financing system of foreign trade with the Bank of China as the representative. For the third one, the cooperation with foreign banks should be strengthened to utilize the foreign capital market. To perfect financial service system, information system should be included besides the two traditional service systems--loan and insurance. |
