| Abstract: | The pattern of financial policies, aiming to deal with relations between reform development and stability properly lies in gradual creation of a system of financial policies adapted to the socialist market economy, flexible in the means and effective for control, and are characterized by appropriateness , soundness and coordination. Financial policies during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period will aim to curb inflation and promote benefit-typed economic growth. They center around improvement of the national financial strength control over the scope of expenditure, optimization of the expenditure structure, intensification of restriction and balance of the budget, and support to key construction of the state. |
