| Abstract: | The last decade has witnessed rapid growth of non-state- owned economy, which made up 56.9 percent of the GID in 1993. as against 24 percent in 1980. Its development has helped push China's economic reform forward and played a active role in many ways. Sound public opinions and legal protection should be provided for healthy development of non-state economy. Reform of the system of property rights of urban and rural collective enterprises should be deepened , the social insurance system created and perfected and financial policies reformed and bettered. |
