| Abstract: | The government's policies on protecting state-owned foreign economic and trade enterprises will be reduced gradually and even disappear. The central link of the reform of such enterprises' system is to establish modern enterprise system and accelerate the shift of enterprises' mechanism. The core of enterprises' ability of adapting to market economy is to center on economic returns and increase them through the improvement of management. To take the road of scale business, both the union between the enterprises with strong strength and the union between the enterprises which have great disparities in strength can be effected. Only in this way, can the status of enterprises in the world competition be elevated. |
