| Abstract: | The article is linked with another, Philippe de Woot's "The need for a sustainable learning society". We have asked ourselves: "Is this forum essential?" Our detailed examination of a lot of problem areas answered just one question: "What is the role of Human resources management ?" We go on with defining what is there to be done. We have to continue, above all, to shape the conditions for learning, moving us towards "how". How to move towards a learning society and how to set directions for a common future. |
