| Abstract: | We can adopt the following basic strategy of carrying out an overall asset and liability ratio management in China's 4 major specialized banks practice asset and liability ratio management in 10 selected commercial banks to gain some successful experience; to carry out experimental assets and liability ratio management in some selected branches of the 4 major specialized banks and after gaining successful experiences, to finished the transition from scale management to ratio management within 3 years and entirely abolish scale management and replace it with ratio management. |
