| Abstract: | The historical trend of stock economy's development in various countries in the world is to practice the property rights system of enterprises with corporate shares as the main form. So China should take the road of internationalization. By using the latest results of stock economy's development in the world today , China should establish its own property rights system and design its market economy model. As corporation shares have the nature of non-state they can make enterprises get rid of the state's direct administrative intervention thoroughly. |
