Abstract:The wage system of foreign-funded enterprises features money's being the main payment instrument, that is, for most of income money is paid. In this way, it benefits standardization, supervision and management in internal distribution. Great differential in grade on the wage scale is another feature. Such a wage system is beneficial to inspiring the enthusiasm of staff and workers who would study hard and work hard in an effort to leap to the higher- level post through competition. However, there also exist some major problems. Staff and workers' welfare and social security can not be guaranteed fully. The standards of wage are influenced by bosses' will, to a great extent and it is difficult to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of staff and workers. So corresponding measures must be taken.
