Abstract: | Self-assessment is a cyclic, comprehensive, systematic and regular review of an organization's activities and results against a TQM model culminating in planned improvement actions. This paper presents the findings of a European study on quality management self-assessment. The study, based on a questionnaire survey, will help other companies to develop their approach to quality management self-assessment, provide the ways to work with quality management self-assessement instruments, and give guidance on quality management self-assessment approaches. |
