Abstract:The growth of revenue is closely associated with the speed of economic development. It is estimated that China's revenue will possibly grow by 10%-14%. The factors influencing revenue in 1997 are as follows: 1. The pressure of export tax refund on budget revenue, 2. the growth of revenue for 4 years in succession, which reduces the potential of increase of revenue, 3. the central revenue which doesn't allow optimism, 4. the state-owned enterprises facing difficulties in business, which can not be turned back within a short period of time and as a result, the growth of revenue will be affected.
