| Abstract: | The rate of introduction of new technologies in the information technology realm has grown enough to become a problem in itself. IS departments are struggling to maintain personnel capable of managing the onslaught of new technologies while simultaneously providing timely applications in response to demands for greater access to corporate data for both internal and customer purposes. Some departments have been addressing these problems by employing technologies developed for artificial intelligence applications where similar problems exist. |
